Responsible

BLL Strategies & Compliance and Compliance, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter “BLL”), domiciled at Avenida Paseo Triunfo de la República 3340, Interior 104, Partido Escobedo, 32330, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for the treatment, use and protection of the personal data it collects from its clients, users, suppliers and allies, in compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable provisions.

Personal data collected

BLL will collect the following personal data, depending on the nature of the contracted service: Identification and contact: full name, telephone, email, address, business name. Fiscal and financial information: RFC, bank details, proof of address. Legal information: identification documents, powers of attorney, contracts, files, resolutions or background information related to the services requested. Labor or legal representation data (if applicable).

Purposes

Primary purposes: Provision of legal, mediation, consulting and compliance services. Preparation and administration of contracts and files. Invoicing, collection and tax compliance. Compliance with legal obligations or authority requirements. Communication and follow-up of contracted matters. Secondary purposes (optional): Sending newsletters, articles or invitations to academic and legal update events. Satisfaction and service quality surveys. Transfers

BLL may transfer your data only in the following cases: To judicial or administrative authorities that request it in the exercise of their powers. To professional allies, correspondents or experts involved in the provision of services, under confidentiality agreements. To financial institutions and tax authorities for billing or payment purposes. BLL does not transfer or sell personal data for marketing or advertising purposes.

ARCO Rights

You or your legal representative may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO) by means of a written or digital request addressed to the Personal Data Protection Officer through the mail indicated in the Contact section, indicating: Full name and means of contact. Identification or power of attorney of the representative. Description of the data in respect of which you are exercising your right. The maximum response time will be 20 business days from receipt.
