María Elena López Morales

María Elena combines the rigor of the jurisdictional function with a profoundly practical mentality: she was District Judge specializing in the Accusatory Criminal System and before that, she developed technical work in the Federal Judiciary, where she consolidated criteria, methodological discipline and a solid focus on human rights. Her base in B.S. in Digital Systems and Communications Engineering, together with its corporate experience in Delphi Corporation (Supply Chain/Procurement), gave her a rare operational insight into the legal world: she understands how decisions are made under pressure and how they are executed. At BLL, her work focuses on turning legal complexity into clear and actionable paths, integrating judicial strategy, evidentiary reasoning and leadership to build consistent defenses, internal policies that work in practice, and training with real impact.
