For 29 years, she was part of the Public Defender's Office of Nuevo León, where she evolved from defender to Head of Area. That period strengthened her legal judgment, her work method, her operational leadership, and her mastery in conducting disputes, as well as in case file management and procedural discipline.
To that institutional foundation, she adds 8 years of civil and family litigation in private practice, experience that has reinforced her results-oriented approach, negotiation skills, and strategic conflict vision. With a Master's degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, she incorporates a perspective that allows her to accurately assess when to pursue litigation and when to activate alternative routes to reach sustainable agreements.
