Carolina Jaramillo García

Carolina is a lawyer with a solid background in defense and consulting in civil and family matters, with extensive knowledge in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Her career combines technical rigor, conduct of highly sensitive cases and a proven ability to build enforceable solutions when the business or situation demands it. In addition to a prominent career as a trial attorney in a law firm, for 29 years she was part of the Public Defender's Office of Nuevo Leon, where she evolved from an advocate to Area Chief, developing judgment, method and leadership in dispute management and file control. To this institutional base she adds 8 years of civil and family litigation in private practice, which reinforced her results-oriented approach, her negotiation skills and her strategic vision of the conflict. With a Master's Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Carolina integrates a clear advantage in BLL: she knows when to litigate with firmness and when to turn to alternative mechanisms with intelligence to close sustainable agreements.
